Sushila Karki the chief justice of Nepal has been accused of  impeachment motion for  interfering with executive powers. She has been suspended after the accusation filed against her was signed by 249 legislators from the NC and the CPN (Maoist Centre) representing Nepal's Parliament. This is the first time when a Chief justice has been slammed with impeachment.

Now the question is why and how?

If you look at the overall state, firstly she is a political appointment but her past action has been subject to being very actively involved with political people and power. The Lokman Karki Controversy was an important twist where she was one of the focused character that played a crucial role during the case Impeachment.
Having said all those thing she did maintained her dignity in terms of her work and political alliance but during the controversial appointment of the IGP case of Nepal Police.

Her role and support towards the Nawaraj Silwal was more aggressive and curtailing in terms of Nepal government's decision of appointing Jaya Bahadur Chand.

The political leaders of Nepal could not justify the overall process of thinking the supreme court beyond the constitution and the system.

How valid is it that a normal citizen would not get justice for years and a IGP candidate with a court case gets the services ASAP at the middle of the night. what is happening in this country.

There are rumors that Lokman Karki Impeachment was also a political plot mastermind by Kalyan Shrestha the former Chief Justice with the help of Sushila karki.

Now the question is the CIAA cannot take action against the political parties and their leaders the supreme court cannot then who can ?    

I AM not in Support with Sushila Karki's political coherence  but I AM IN Support with the right decision that she did.
