NTA calls for Free Broadband in Earthquake hit area

It is very surprising that the Nepal Telecommunication Authority(NTA) the regulating body of Nepal Government after a year of Nepal Earthquake has  call for Expression of Interest (EoI) among the Internet Service Providers(ISPs) for providing free broadband internet in earthquake hit reason of Nepal.
This may sound funny but setting up internet in these  region after a year is very hard to understand that too in a condition where the country has not been able to start the reconstruction process is very unconvincing.

May be policy makers and strategist may look at it from a positive side but in a place where people do have a roof in their heads giving them free internet is not a question of sense but it simply looks like a political propaganda.
