It is very very surprising how the Nepal Government is practicing such a level of indecency, emptying the whole block of road just for the sake of Passing the presidential entourage. Today in after 3PM the whole block of New Baneshware to Tinkune road was blocked just for the sake of passing of Presidential entourage . It was observed that million of people were stranded on the side roads where the main lane was reserved for the entourage.
Nepal was turned into Federal Democratic Republic that ensured the rights of its citizen, looking at such practice it seems Nepal is moving back to the autocratic regime that demands more power and control in constraining public freedom.
If there was a presidential entourage passing why weren't the public informed, it is not fair for the public to suffer the incompetency of few of the traffic personnel. We understand and respect the importance of position and post but giving trouble in the name of power statement is certainly wrong. People have every right to know and manage but when they are not informed and they are suppressed it is wrong in every sense.
The Nepal Traffic Police who are responsible for the management of traffic in the city, should take the responsibility and they should have arranged a traffic system. Most importantly the surprising thing is why aren't the public informed about such passes which directly affects them. Isn't is important for them to inform the public. This clearly shows the general level of public apathy showcased by government organization towards normal public
