Organized corruption taking its toll in Nepal Government

The Political parties of Nepal have no political culture. With a vision of new and better Nepal the political leaders are further moving towards #federalism where more bloodshed and instability is cracking down the country but there is no commitment towards making its corruption free and stable. In fact the political leaders want to prolong this instability in every sector where they can manipulate and politicize. It can be clearly seen in their practice and way of thinking.

Walking towards the path the political parties of Nepal have become very commercial, they have their own brunch of organizations running under their various ‪group of people who channelized the
income. Just like the way of organised crime, the organized corruption has established its network in various income generating fields from construction business to tenders to teaching hospitals etc. These practices are well managed by channelized groups of people who give protection from the government level to the end users.
The live example is the Dr Govinda KC's  strike. We all know what he want and for what he is doing
Why is the Nepal government not listening to the Dr KC's protest
May be its the vested interest of the leaders in the government that is at stake.
I have heard the CPN ‪#‎UML‬ is completely against it as their big Hospital /teaching project is at stake
True or not but politics in Nepal is out of the league
Law-makers led by CPN UML leader Rajendra Pandey staged protests in the Constituent Assembly demanding the affiliation to be granted before the report would be presented to the government. They also threatened with the signatures of 146 lawmakers, mostly from the CPN UML, that they would topple the government if affiliation was not granted. These lawmakers had cited that their investment would go in vain if they were not allowed to run a medical college.

Where are we going and what kind of development is this ?
